The NNA Tri-Series competition commenced in 2020 with 8 clubs each fielding a team in each of the following grades:

​The competition runs side-by-side with the Newcastle Netball Association Winter Season competition with a set of guidelines describing the differences from the rules governing the standard competition.
2026 NNA Tri Series Competition Umpires

In 2026, suitably experienced umpires are invited to nominate for our NNA Tri Series Competition Umpire Program.
​
This program forms part of our wider 2026 development framework, supporting umpires, coaches and bench officials across the NNA Tri Series Competition.
​
This program will provide umpires with a structured environment to enhance their umpiring capabilities via targeted development opportunities, regular feedback and peer to peer connections.
​​
All umpires who wish to umpire 2026 NNA Tri Series competition matches must nominate to umpire & participate in this program.
