Newcastle Netball is thrilled to announce that one of our long term representative players from 11 years through the 12, 13, 14 and 15 years age groups, Hope White has been named in the Australian National under 17s 2022 – 2023 squad. Hope impressed the selectors with her excellent positional play as a WA in the NSW under 17s team which was recently played in Hobart. Hope played every game and displayed some excellent feeding into the shooters which assisted in enabling the NSW team to win the Nationals title. NNA would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Hope on this impressive achievement and are proud to acknowledge her as a talented NNA representative player and awesome role model who is pursuing the netball pathways to further recognition of her ability.
