NNA 2026 Season Kicks off

What a great way to kick off the 2026 season on Friday with a beautiful evening for our NetSetGO Skills session and 7yrs & 8yrs teams. A big thank you to NNA Coaching Convenor Nick Osbourne leading our wonderful 13yrs rep players in facilitating the NSG session.

Excitement for our participants with Shannon and the amazing team from Chipmunks Playland & Café Belmont in attendance, making the night extra special with complimentary donuts and vouchers for family fun at Chipmunks. Charlie the Chipmunk was a huge hit with young and old.

On Saturday, our 9yrs through to our Tri Series teams played their first competition games in stunning sunny skies. Great energy, plenty of laughs and some strong, competitive games to start the 2026 season.  

We wnat to extend a big thank you to everyone who made it all happen — players, coaches, umpires, our amazing sideline supporters and of course our valuable volunteers. The positivity and support all weekend was awesome and how we play at Newcastle.

We break now until we begin round 2 May 1st and 2nd.
