It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Barbara Duggan, a dedicated and loved member of Newcastle Netball Association.
Barbara’s passion, commitment, and spirit contributed to the success and camaraderie of the Newcastle netball community, particularly in umpiring circles.
Barbara was a friend and a mentor. Barbara’s dedication and love for our sport has created lasting memories. We will miss Barbara around the courts.
